Studio Reservation Request

Effective Immediately (10/7/24): The Division of Dance can no longer accommodate outside entities. Theatre and Dance majors, minors, and faculty will be the only groups/individuals able to reserve studio space. Previously confirmed reservations will be honored.

You must agree to the following rules to be eligible for a reservation:

  • Please allow 10-15 minutes at the end of your rehearsal time for clean up and exiting the space prior to the next group’s arrival.
  • Studios must be left in the condition they are found.
  • Put away all equipment and throw away all trash.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES
  • No food or drinks.
  • No vulgar or inappropriate music.
  • No props/furniture
  • TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE.
  • Studio reservations include access to the Bluetooth sound system only. There is no access to the lighting console in B178. Please do not touch any equipment in the any of studios (besides the Bluetooth sound systems).
  • Propping open of studios or exterior doors is prohibited.

You must understand that if you or your dancers are found in violation of any of these rules, you will no longer be permitted to use the facilities for rehearsals.
